Youth develop skills for life in our afterschool programs. Whether its drop in sports or cooking, youth learn to work with others, be independent, and other important skills. For example, our cooking programs help youth learn cooking skills and promote nutritious choices.
Come out to our afterschool drop-in sports programs at select schools. Lead by a Recreation Leader, youth play different sports every week and improve their fitness level.
Each program runs once a week for approximately 6 weeks and provides youth with a meal each time. Talk to the administration or youth worker at your school to find out more about the Step By Step programs we run*.
